Wodospad Szklarki

Wodospad Szklarki to drugi co do wielkości wodospad w polskich Karkonoszach, którego kaskada osiąga wysokość 13,3 m. Potok spada szerokim strumieniem zwężającym się u dołu i skręcającym spiralnie. Malowniczo położony w eksklawie Karkonoskiego Parku Narodowego, w środkowej części Wąwozu Szklarki, na wysokości 520m n.p.m. Na lewym brzegu skalnego progu wodospadu znajdują się okazałe marmity. Przy wodospadzie małe schronisko PTTK „Kochanówka”. Wewnątrz funkcjonuje bufet czynny codziennie od godz. 10.00 - 18.00.

Wysoki Kamień

Górujący od zachodu nad Szklarską Porębą szczyt o wysokości 1058 m n.p.m., położony w Wysokim Grzbiecie Gór Izerskich. Na szczycie malownicze skałki. Ze szczytu rozciąga się jedna z najwspanialszych panoram w Sudetach. Widać stąd Karkonosze, Rudawy Janowickie, Góry i Pogórze Izerskie, Góry i Pogórze Kaczawskie oraz Kotlinę Jeleniogórską.

Park linowy Trollandia

Park linowy znajduje się na terenie parku miejskiego w centrum miasta, przy ul. Jedności Narodowej - naprzeciwko Skweru Radiowej Trójki.

W parku zainstalowany został system CIĄGŁEJ ASEKURACJI - 100 % bezpieczeństwa. Uczestnik zostaje wpięty do liny asekuracyjnej na początku trasy, swobodnie pokonuje przeszkody bez konieczności przepinania się, dopiero na końcu trasy zostaje wypięty z liny przez instruktora.

Hiking

The area around Szklarska Poręba has always been valued as an ideal place for mountain hiking. The extensive tourist infrastructure, thanks to a network of hiking trails leading from attraction to attraction, from mountain hut to mountain hut, creates a very pleasant atmosphere for mountain hikers, not only for experienced hikers.

Karpacz

It offers tourists countless opportunities to spend their free time – dozens of kilometers of hiking and walking trails, excellent conditions for downhill and cross-country skiing, winter and year-round toboggan runs, climbing, quad biking, and extreme sports. Among Karpacz's attractions are numerous museums, exhibitions, bowling alleys, restaurants, and stylish cafes.

Harrachov

One of the most popular attractions is undoubtedly the famous ski jumping complex, located on the slopes of Čertova hora (Devil's Mountain), which dominates Harrachov. A chairlift takes you up there and you can admire the famous ski jumping hill, which hosts one of the World Cup competitions. Harrachov also boasts 7 km of slopes of varying difficulty.

Single Track

The Single Track in Świeradów-Zdrój is a network of 14 perfectly groomed and picturesquely situated cycling routes, totaling 80 kilometers. The trails were designed by the renowned Dafydd Davis, who specializes in this type of project. The Single Track cycling trails are divided into four difficulty levels: very easy, easy, moderate, and difficult – each assigned a specific color.

Izerskie Alpaki

The Jizera Alpacas are a small, magical enclosure created out of love for animals, the mountains, and living in harmony with nature.

Mars, Adwokat, Pepsi, Kokos, Bruno, Diego, and Pancake live here – seven gentlemen with soft fur and even softer eyes. Walking them, cuddling, feeding, and petting them is something that works better than many a wellness session.

Sky Walk Observation Tower

The Sky Walk observation tower was designed by Czech professor Zdeněk Fránek. To ensure maximum access, the tower is situated above the city, on the slope of Świeradowiec Mountain. At its summit, there's a stunning viewpoint in the form of a glass-enclosed platform. Reaching the top requires an 850-meter walkway, but the return journey is via a 105-meter-long slide.

Spa House with Walking Hall

Built in 1899, the building was designed by renowned architect Grosser. The Spa House in Świeradów-Zdrój is divided into two buildings, connected by the longest larch walking hall in Lower Silesia, 80 meters long, which houses a drinking water source. Adjacent to the building are terraces and an "Artificial Grotto," which once housed a mineral water pump room.

Jizera Dark Sky Park

Explore one of the darkest corners of our planet. A place untouched by light pollution, protected from the darkness of night. An ideal place for all kinds of astronomical observations.

The Jizera Dark Sky Park is the first cross-border park of its kind in Poland and the first in the world. It is located in the Polish-Czech Jizera Mountains.

Geopark - St. John's Mine

The Jizera Mountains, the western neighbors of the Karkonosze Mountains, are breathtaking in their landscape, but they also have a lesser-known, underground side. The St. John Mine in Krobica is one of those places that's hard to compare to anywhere else. Here, history meets adventure, and the underground passages tell the story of miners' work centuries ago.

Huta "Julia" i Krystalium w Piechowicach

The operating Julia Crystal Glassworks is a unique landmark in the Karkonosze Mountains – a fusion of history, the beauty of glass masterpieces, and true craftsmanship. Guests can experience the process of creating glass vessels during guided tours, from the paper design through blowing, shaping, decorating, and packaging of the final product. The combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern techniques allows for the creation of exceptional pieces.

Góry Izerskie

The Jizera Mountains, a picturesque mountain range in the Western Sudetes, stretch across the Czech Republic and Poland, forming a natural border between the two countries. The largest area is located on the Polish side, between Szklarska Poręba and Świeradów-Zdrój.

Ski&Sun Gondola Lift

71 enclosed, eight-person gondolas, also adapted for the disabled, with an hourly capacity of 2,400 people, and a length of 2,172 meters. A modern, high-speed gondola lift leads to Stóg Izerski. Along the route, you can admire panoramic views of the Jizera Mountains. The spacious gondolas are designed to transport not only skiers (a 2.5-kilometer-long ski slope runs between the lift stations) but also cyclists.
