Stayed with children, ages 5 and 8. Overall, the experience was very positive. We stayed in the apartment section, and everything was of excellent quality, practical, and clean. The entertainment options for children were incredibly diverse. A big plus is the team of animators who are passionate about working with children, which translates into their satisfaction. Breakfast - a very wide selection - was also a definite plus.

Our stay at the hotel was a great success. There were plenty of attractions for children, including a great playground and playroom. The entertainment provided by the "Kaczki Dziwaczki" company was top-notch and varied. Special thanks to the animator, Nikola, a warm and kind person. Both indoor and outdoor pools are a big plus. The gondola lift and toboggan run are very close.

The hotel is very nice, but for a 5-star hotel, this is the first time we've encountered a lack of air conditioning in the rooms. We highly recommend the outdoor pool and all areas designed for small children, for whom this hotel is probably designed. However, the entertainment wasn't particularly exciting, so the rating is slightly lower.

A very pleasant stay, very clean, very good food, with a wide selection. The hotel is well-organized, with entertainment for children. The pool has a wonderful scent of essential oils. My only complaint is that children can take things to their room. No one checks this, and then there can be a big surprise at the end. I don't think children should be allowed to do this. Only parents. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.

A great place to spend a vacation, whether as a couple or with a child. Our apartment (a separate building) was of a truly high standard, large enough for the two of us (it was a two-person trip), with two separate beds, so we could sleep well. The room had a kitchenette with all the necessary accessories. There was a large set of bathrobes and vintage items. The only thing I missed was shampoo in the bathroom.
